A self- starter with great deal of personal charisma, Mr.Singhal pioneered a joint venture of URS Certification Limited with United Registrar of Systems Limited (UK), which has become a leading arm of management system certifications in India region. He is the president of this Joint Venture system, providing wide range of certifications across the globe.
With his professional acumen and consistent efforts, URS in India has been able to satisfy thousands of clients across every part of the India Region contributing to URS placement among top five certification bodies of the world. His successful lead has commanded company's growth in diverse field certifications to public sector undertakings, Government owned, Multinational companies, and private organizations of national & economic prominence.
His unwavering commitment to the highest principles and standards of professionalism has nurtured URS family with enhanced image and scope of business. Dynamic, sincere and ebullient, Mukesh Singhal has infused URS with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit over the years and result has evolved into a truly global company with wide spread network of offices in India & Nepal.
Born in 1967, Mr.Singhal is a holder of Honors Degree, Fellow member of ICAI and M.Phil in Management. Other professional skills include Diploma in TQM, Environment Science & Pollution Control, Food technology, Information System audits etc.
Prior to taking URS, he was owner of Management Advisory Firm, where a number of organizations benefited with his process improvement suggestions & professional expertise. He has contributed more than sixteen years of competent & responsible role in system Management improvements making him steadfast in various schemes of Certification.
With his vast professional & technical experience in the field of management, Mr. Singhal has chosen to be the visiting faculty to management discipline of colleges of engineering on Management & TQM.
Widely traveled in India and abroad, Mr.Singhal has undergone a number of training programmes, workshops and written a number of articles on Management Discipline, and is a research scholar on Management.
With enriched auditing experience, he is Lead Auditor on various independent assessment & certification schemes and also the Lead Faculty for delivering IRCA, UK accredited QMS Lead Auditor Course.
His other credentials to his credit include: Paper presentation on 'Managing Total Quality', 'Best Auditing Practice', Lectures and talks on TQM, delivered live presentation and talk on National TV channel on certification. Contributing to society with his knowledge, he is an executive member of Indian Industries Association, Trustee and executive members of various educational institutions and social organizations.
Professional improvements with excellence in all sphere of life to live which contribute to growth of company is his motive.
