Mukesh Singhalleads the operation of URS in India, and it was through his endeavour that the forming of a strong joint venture with URS (UK) came to be. A holder of an Honours Degree, an M.Phil in Management, he has contributed over 16 years of competent service in system management improvements.

Mukesh Singhal’s professional expertise and skills include a Diploma in TQM, Environment science and pollution control, food technology, information audits and others. Besides these, he is also a chartered accountant and has written scholarly articles in the field of management.
With two decades of experience to his credit, Ashish Mukherjee is a mechanical engineer who specializes in the fields of quality assurance and production. Mr. Mukherjee has completed his MBA, PGDBA in cost and budgetary control and financial management. He also holds a Diploma in Mass Communication.
He has previously worked in organizations such as MarutiUdyog Ltd, Eicher Good Earth, Haryana Telecom Ltd, NIIT and others before taking the reins at URS as Director – Technical. His strong sense of dedication, technical knowledge and wisdom have transformed the organization into a Global Certification Registrar and a dominant market leader.
Ankur Sangal Having joined the URS group in 2004, AnkurSangal currently holds the position of Director in the company. He possesses vast experience in quality assurance, especially in the steel, electrical and IT domains.
Mr. Sangal has made atremendous contribution as an EMS Analyst, evaluating energy emission, control & conservation and implementation of EMS in Indian Industries. He is also Lead Auditor for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.
In terms of education, Mr. Sangal holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science. He is proficient in environment and pollution control, and this has also been an asset to URS as he provides adequate direction for improved organizational processes that has enhanced the company’s image. Moreover, He is an academic counselor for IGNOU and trainer in QMS, EMS and ISMS.
